We are a husband & wife team that operates out of our home gym in the Tolworth and Surbiton area. Our gym is fully equipped to cater for all our clients' needs and abilities alongside appropriate outdoor space to cater for those clients that enjoy an outside workout and, of course, parking.
A weekly Bootcamp is on hand every Saturday morning at 8am and in the Spring & Summer months on a Wednesday evening at 6.30pm which we conduct in a local park a 5 minute walk from our gym.
The environment is the perfect place to train with a 121 personal approach to each and every client and as we are not a commercial gym, there is no waiting for equipment, busy atmosphere or sweaty environment as it is just you and your trainer.
Your workout will be on the board ready for when you arrive alongside monthly check-ins with weight, measurements or whichever the discussed method of goals setting has been agreed upon.
